PayStore® is a branded electronic payments collection network (Bill Payments, Top up) provided by tGL. It offers its valuable clientele the ability to make electronic payments for both postpaid and prepaid services which spans MNO, utilities and transport.

PayStore® offers its clients an opportunity to increase new income streams through various bouquet of services providing an increased footfall into their shops. In addition, it provides customers an easy, comfortable and convenient way of making payments for their substantive services via a Point of Sale device.


  1. Does it cost me anything to make payments via PayStore?
    • No. PayStore® services are free to all customers.
  2. Do I have to make a purchase in-store to make a payment via PayStore®?
    • No. It is not mandatory that customers make purchases in-store (shops where PayStore POS     are placed) before making payments via a PayStore® Terminal. If you are ever asked to make a purchase, please let us know by contacting us immediately. Remember to include     your name, the name and address of the PayStore® outlet, what you were paying (eg, Airtime top-up, electricity bill) and the date you made the payment.
  3. Can I pay any bill at PayStore®?
    • The list of services whose bills or services can be paid for via PayStore® would be made     available at the retail Shop and through other forms of communication.
  4. Do I have to use the same PayStore® outlet every time?
    • Not at all. You can make payments at any PayStore® outlet.
  5. How do I know my money is safe when I pay through PayStore®?
    • Receipts will be issued to customers upon payment of service. This is a proof that     guarantees that the service provider will receive the money. It also proves that your    account (e.g Utility bill) is credited as having been paid on the date the payment was made     via PayStore®.
  6. How do I pay my utility and other bills?
    • Simply take your bill / Card and make payments at your nearest PayStore® outlet. Tell the retailer what you want to pay for and how much. The retailer will process your payment on the PayStore® terminal and issue you with a receipt. Please keep your PayStore® receipt as proof of payment.
  7. How do I top up my phone?
    • Simply ask the retailer for the top-up you desire, and wait for your receipt.
  8. How do I get a PayStore® card?
    • There is no such thing as a PayStore® card. Cards used to make payments are issued by the bill or service provider (eg, ECG Prepaid Card).
  9. Who do I contact if I have a question about my bill or service?
    • Contact your bill or service provider for all questions about your bill or service. (Eg. Kindly     Contact ECG for lights out and non- reading meter e.t.c)
