This department represents a great pillar for tGL by planning and implementing specific client based projects. This is done through our partnership with Temenos (The Banking Software Providers) in deploying its mobile banking application for Financial Institutions and Banks the world over.

Our department handles SMS services in both the public and private sectors of our economy. Our unmatched mobile application service has given Ghana Water Company Limited its successful feedback system via short-code as well as Financial Institutions like UniBank, SG-SSB, Opportunity International Savings and Loans.

We also oversee the day-to-day operations of projects and the delivery of efficient services to our clients by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standards.

We establish policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance and evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.
